Tuner evo was one of those shows you sent and to get too; but you want to make sure everything is as, I want to say “perfect” with your car. Although, in most cases that’s never the case. They have been doing shows for as long as I can remember, even way before I was able to own a vehicle. Their prestige is very well known in the car community, so you know it’s something we definitely had to make it out to.

We planned it out as well as we could. Roll in could be on the day of the event or the day before, just to make sure everything worked in favor of what the plans were. I opted to go in a day earlier to make sure we could get a spot for the cars. There were about 7-9 of us coming from different locations, but man when I say things don’t sometimes work out the way you wanted, they really don’t. With so much to do to the car before my next race, plus the show to get too. I opted to just self some of the work on the car in order to get to the show at a decent time and as you can imagine we missed the cutoff time to get into the expo center at 7pm due to a error on my part. I was under the impression that it was at the Philadelphia convention center and not the Expo center (shaking my head), boy was I wrong and it cost me. With missing the cutoff time to get in a day earlier; we had no choice but to wake up the next morning at 4:45am and get the car offloaded and ready to enter the expo center 1st to avoid the long line that incurs once the ball gets rolling at the time you are suppose to roll in.

With that done, we were all rolled in and ready to go, just relax and enjoy the show. I just say, I was pretty exhausted from waking up so early, so I just headed back to the hotel for some shut eye. Once we got back to the show we just kind of went around and met with friends, met some new friends, and just enjoyed the environment that tuner evo put out. I would definitely attended another one of their shows. As the day went by, time came to hand out trophies because the show was almost over as we were getting ready to pack up and head out. They were calling out names for awards and I happened to hear my name I looked up, like wait what?!?? FORREAL. Man, I was really surprised. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting an award, but I was super thankful. They saw the value in my car being there and just wanted to say thank you to the guys and girls who made this event possible. They had John Ludwig design and hand craft the awards, which came out amazing. I absolutely love them. All in all, I highly recommend a tuner evo show; you get to meet great people and just all around have a good time.
